Research
Research is the first step to recovering excess funds. Our research team scours through hundreds of resources on a daily basis to locate excess funds and their rightful owner in all 50 states. They then contact you via phone and/or email to inform you of a potential claim. They discuss the initial findings with you and then send over a few documents for you to sign which allows us to start the audit & file process.
Audit & File
Upon hiring us, we launch a full audit on the excess funds available to you and provide you with those results once the audit is complete. We then start the claims process by preparing & filing all the legal forms on your behalf through the court system. There are absolutely NO UP-FRONT COST to work with us. We operate on a contingency basis and we cover all expenses and legal fees throughout the entire process of recovering your money. We ONLY get paid if your claim is successfully processed. If we are unsuccessful (which is rare) it cost you nothing!
Fight
Once the claim is filed, our legal team continually follows up with the entity holding your funds to keep the claims process moving forward. They respond to any additional request from the entity in a timely manner and appear in court on your behalf to fight for your money. Because we specialize in this particular field, we know how to navigate through the bureaucracy and legalities to get you your money as fast as possible.
Recover
After the court approves your claim, the government entity holding your funds will process your refund check. It is worth mentioning that each entity has different procedures and guidelines when it comes to checks being dispersed, so the time frame can vary. Depending on the entity, and the type of claim, it can take as little as 2 weeks to several months. Therefore, the sooner we start the claims process, the faster we can get your claim in line to be seen by a judge and get your money in your hands.
